Workshop Residency Tour South America 2010/2011

In Autumn 2010 Manuela Berndt will embark on her second workshop tour through South America, delivering her Movement Generation seminars and accomplishing commissions and choreographic residencies with a number of dance companies and higher education institutions such as Taller de danza comtemporanea Teatro San Martin Buenos Aires, Ballet Oficial de Bolivia, Asuncion Danza and Observatorio de danzas y estudios de movmiento Rosario.

Manuela has studied with a diverse range of yoga teachers and experienced various styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Iyengar with Sri.H.S. Arun in Bangalore/India.

In her Hatha Yoga classes, Manuela explores basic postures and sequences in unity with the breath and concludes with a series of relaxation exercises for body and mind.This comprehensive, balanced and gentle practice is suitable for all age groups and provides guided instruction to students new to yoga.

Manuela's Flow classes are highly energetic with a focus on complex movement and transitions between Asanas, ideal for more advanced students who look for new physical challenges.
